Returns
We understand ordering online can be difficult and therefore we offer a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer a return on the following items:

Custom or personalised orders
Sale Items
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any refund will be forfeited.

Refund & Exchange:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then we will contact you regarding your store credit or exchange within 2 working days.
