Refund policy
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I know buying online can be difficult and I'm happy to offer returns and exchanges.
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Items for return must be shipped (with tracking, at your own expense) to PO Box 2472, Broome WA 6725 within 2 days of arranging the return.
The following items are not able to be refunded;
• Custom or personalised orders
• Gift Vouchers
• Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any refund will be forfeited.
Items received in a return, saleable condition will be refunded to the same account sale was originally transacted from within 24hrs of being received.
Workshop cancellations have to be made 5 days prior to the date of the workshop for a full refund to be given. No refund will be given for cancellations closer to the workshop date, but you might be given the option to change to another workshop in the future if your spot can be filled.
