Where are the products made?
All our products are individually handcrafted in Broome, Western Australia
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We believe every order is a gift. If to yourself or a friend. Therefore all purchases are individually gift wrapped and no prices are included in the parcel. You can order online and have your purchase sent straight to your friend or family. Feel free to add a personal note at checkout for us to add to your gift.
Can I exchange?
Yes we offer a 30 day exchange policy. Please see our exchange policy for more details.
How do I care for my macrame product?
Individual Care Instructions will be set out with each purchase as they can be slightly different. All our products are made using 100% recycled cotton cord.
- We recommend keeping it out of direct sunlight for long lasting colours.
- Dust can be removed using a lint roller or blow dryer.
- A range of our products can also be hand washed. Please refer to the individual product car instructions for all information.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days as a guide, unless the product is made to order or a custom order piece. The individual turn around time frame for those products can be found in the individual product descriptions. If you would like your order processed with priority, please upgrade to Express Shipping. Express orders are packed and sent by the next business day.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email from me as soon as your parcel is on it's way, along with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your parcel and notify you when your parcel has been delivered.
I’m in Broome can I collect my order in person?
If you're in Broome and would like to collect your order in person, please select LOCAL PICK UP as your shipping option at the checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a pick-up confirmation email and text message from me to arrange a suitable time to collect your order.
Do you offer local delivery?
If you're in Broome local I'm more than happy to deliver your order to your door. Please select LOCAL PICK UP as your shipping option at the checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a pick-up confirmation email and text message from me to arrange a suitable time to collect your order. You can then arrange a delivery time with me also.
I'm currently in Broome. Can I come and view the products in person?
