Shipping

I offer free standard shipping Australia wide on all orders over $150.- and a flat rate $12.- shipping for orders under $150,-. (excludes large Wall Art and Cotton Cords).

The Express Shipping Australia wide Flat rate is $16.95.-. (please note orders may take 24 hours to process and will be shipped the next available business day and this excludes extra large Wall Art and Cotton Cords).

Free Local Pick Up in Broome is available. 

Overseas Shipping is available for all items up to 2kg to Europe, New Zealand and North America. If you are interested in any of my products shipping to a different location please get in contact for a shipping quote. 

All of my orders are sent via AusPost (excludes extra large Wall Art over 100cm). I ship my parcels from Broome, WA 6725.

Large Wall Art under 100cm will be shipped using Australia Post, shipping charges are calculated on size and weight. Wall Art over 100cm is shipped using a range of different freight companies depending on your location. Please note that shipping costs are charged separately for those items as they differ highly depending on locations. Feel free to contact me for a quote prior to your purchase. 

Cotton Cords will be sent via Australia Post however shipping charges will apply for all orders depending on the weight ordered. 

How long will it take to process my order? 

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days as a guide, unless the product is made to order or a custom order piece. The individual turn around time frame for those products can be found in the individual product descriptions. If you would like your order processed with priority, please upgrade to Express Shipping. Express orders are packed and sent by the next business day.

How can I track my order?  You will receive an email from me as soon as your parcel is on it's way, along with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your parcel and notify you when your parcel has been delivered. 

Can I collect my order in person? If you're Broome local and would like to collect your order in person, please select LOCAL PICK UP as your shipping option at the checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a pick-up confirmation email and text message from me to arrange a suitable time to collect your order. 

Do you offer local delivery? If you're a Broome local or are travelling through I'm more than happy to deliver your order to your door. Please select LOCAL PICK UP as your shipping option at the checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a pick-up confirmation email and text message from me to arrange a suitable time to collect your order. You can then arrange a delivery time with me also.
