Looking for a relaxing and creative way to spend your morning? Join us for a fun, hands-on Macramé Wall Shelf Workshop! This is a rare chance to take part in the popular, sell-out workshop that has already inspired makers across Broome, and beyond.
Led by a passionate and experienced instructor with over 8 years of teaching expertise, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the beautiful craft of macramé. Learn how to measure, knot, and design your very own stylish wall shelf—even if you’ve never tried macramé before!
No experience? No problem!
This beginner-friendly workshop is perfect for anyone looking to try something new in a welcoming and social setting.
- When: Sunday, 21st September 2025 at 9am - approx 12pm
- The Red Shed, the Old Fire Station, 35 Clarendon Street, Derby WA 6728
- What you will learn: the basics of macrame knots, measurements and advice, to make your own macrame wall shelf
- What you will get: 3h of fun, creativity, mingling and delicious morning tea
- What is included: All materials needed to create your very own wall shelf, including 100% recycled macrame cotton cords in your choice of colour and step by step instructions booklet to take home
- Do you need to know or bring anything: The answer is no! This is a beginner workshop which is suitable for anyone aged 14 years and over and no previous macrame knowledge is needed. A happy can do attitude is all we're asking for

- Cancellations need to be made 5 days before the date of the workshop for a full refund to be given. Alternatively, you might be given the option to change to another workshop in the future.
